Warunki sprzedaży

1. Delivery

We process orders throughout Poland and Europe.
Goods are shipped via courier or pallet transport. Personal pickup is also available.

Standard processing time: 2–5 business days (for products available in stock).

Custom / made-to-order items: processing time determined individually.

Delivery cost: depends on quantity, weight and destination — provided in an individual quotation.


2. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (prepayment)

  • Deferred payment — for customers with a commercial agreement

A VAT invoice is issued for every order.


3. Complaints and Returns

In case of shipment damage, a damage report must be completed with the courier.

Complaints should be submitted by email within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Returned goods are accepted only in original packaging and after prior arrangement.

Returns do not apply to goods ordered or manufactured individually.


4. Key Regulations

All prices and commercial terms are negotiated individually depending on the size of the order.

An order becomes binding only after confirmation by the sales department.

The company reserves the right to change the offer and terms without prior notice.

Any disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved by the court competent for the company’s registered office.
